Comment: This quarter was difficult because the weather conditions
were very cloudy on the 30th. My observation, therefore, for that
day is unreliable. The observation on the 31st was during a bright
day, but the moon seemed clearly past last quarter. Best guess would
put time of quarter closer to the first observation than to the second.
